RESPONSIBLE GAMING RESOURCE CENTRE
The Responsible Gaming Resource Centre (RGRC), located on-site at OLG gaming venues across Ontario, provides patrons with information on safer gambling practices as well as assistance and local referrals for help with gambling-related problems. Operated by the Responsible Gambling Council, the centres are independent and all information provided to the RGRC staff is strictly confidential.

RGRC provides information, assistance and referrals to patrons at OLG Casino or Slots venues. Patrons can:
- Pick up information about community resources, gambling myths and facts, safer gambling practices and how to help someone with a gambling problem
- Test their knowledge on M.A.R.G.I., our free and easy-to-use interactive kiosk that offer helpful gambling information through games and activities
- Get connected to Ontario’s comprehensive network of problem treatment and financial counselling agencies
